Rates for 2025

Booking Notes:

1. To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total booking price will be required. This is non-refundable. The balance for the reservation will be payable no later than 7 days before the start of the reservation. Reservations can be no longer than 14 nights' duration, and there is a minimum stay of 3 nights.

2. A security deposit of €250 will be required to cover any breakages or losses in the property. This deposit will be returned, once costs associated with any breakages or losses have been covered. This fee will be included in your final balance payment prior to your stay.

3. There will be a cleaning and laundry fee of €100 payable for every reservation. This fee will be included in your final balance payment.
