The Rooms

Casa Alamanda Moclín has three double bedrooms, a kitchen/Breakfast Room, a Dining/Reception Room, two Bathrooms a Games Room/Bar and a front and rear Patio.

The Moroccan Bedroom

Inspired by Granada’s Alhambra Palace, this magnificent room has an ornate hand-crafted plaster ceiling and carved arches framing the bed. The original floor tiles have been reflected in the choice of wall colours and the overall feeling is one of calm and tranquillity. There is a sitting area with a wide arch through to the bedroom.

King-sized bed with soft and firm pillows. French windows open onto Juliet balconies overlooking the village square.

The Gold Bedroom

The Gold Bedroom is situated on the first floor. This room is saturated with stunning gold wallpaper wicker style furniture and hand-painted lampshades. A cosy quiet and cool room.

The bed is King size with three styles of pillow, one firm and other less so. The windows open to the courtyard with views to the castle beyond.

The ‘Jack-and-Jill’ bathroom is directly off the bedroom and is tiled with Burt & May tiles, walk in shower and full length mirror.

The Ibiza Bedroom

White and cool, with areas of exposed brick, white timber beams and a built-in bath, this top floor room exudes Ibiza cool. Taking organic design as an inspiration, the bedroom and bathroom are open plan and there is a King-sized double bed with choice of pillows. Twin wash basins and separate loo.

The Games Room

Rich and classic, with echoes of a London club, this luxurious top floor room is the place in which to relax, enjoy a sun-downer served at the Onyx-topped bar, read a book, or chat about the day’s activities. French windows open onto Juliet balconies and from here you can see across to the Sierra Nevada mountains. An adult, sophisticated space.

Outside, there is a very private patio garden with stairs up to a lovely roof terrace - areas in which to enjoy the sun or seek some shade.

There is a charming terrace at the front of the property, with a table and chairs for enjoying a morning coffee and watching the bustle of the village coming to life.

The property has a large dining/reception room and a well equipped kitchen/breakfast room.
